Where can I find sheet music or chords for the Barney song Peanut Butter and Jelly?

I want to teach the Barney song Peanut Butter and Jelly song to my second grade class when we learn about George Washington Carver. I was hoping to find the sheet music so I could play it on the piano for them. Does anyone know where I can find it?
