Can a girl of 6 years come out with sexual abuse which was met to have happened at age 3 and 4?

My daughter was taken in the UK forced adoption system by Mary Carver social worker now we have had a new baby and to stop us parenting again they have made up some sexual abuse so new baby in care but no evidence of anything. It breaking me and my wife's heart.
