CRIMINAL JUSTICE????

Your question is too broad and would require 20 pages of type to give a comprehensive all encompassing answer, in criminal justice there is every type of sanction a person could conceive of, from a fine to the death penalty in some states. With any sentence comes the ability to appeal a verdict or sentence. If you are tried in state court you appeal to the state appeals court and then the state supreme court. if the case is not resolved by then you appeal to the Federal appeals court on up to the US supreme court, on the federal level the appeals court and then the supreme court.}{
