Is this idea to resolve the conflict in Iran good?

I had an idea what they could do. If they are going to make nuclear weapons out of uranium (there's a possibility they won't) and attack Israel, I was thinking that we can do just what we did with Iraq when Iraq was trying to invade Kuwait. If they go into Israel, place sanctions on Iran, and set a deadline for them to get out. If they don't, just bomb their country just like we did with Iraq.
