My parents refuse to let me out at night..how can i convince them?

a month ago they found marijuana on me but now that i quit and i picked up my grades and havent had any problems with no one. and they still dont want to let me out at night and i can only go with my neighbor (which are my cousins) for like an hour its unfair because i changed and its still the same as when it was back then and they expect me to be good well f*** that if theyr gonna be like this ima just do what i do best and be a rebel because my parents dont buy me games or nothing im not a spoiled boy like those that live in nice houses i live the life of a poor f***ing bum so wtf is their problem what do they expect me to do at my house when theirs nuthing i dont have games,internet,books, nothing so how can i convince them?
