Ratco mladic slaughters ten thousand innocent Muslims and faces charges for war crimes?

Tony Blaire and new labour told deliberate and calculated lies so that they could sanction the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent muslim men women and children in Iraq.....But no charges to answer......Is Ratco Mladics real crime the fact that he isn't British and didn't work for new labour?
