What episode of niptuck?

The episode with the soldier was from season 3 episode 11 entitled "Abby Mays." I haven't seen many episodes but the only time I remember a pool scene with people playing volleyball was in season 4 episode 6 entitled "Faith Wolper, PHD" but they aren't asked to play and it was a dream so that might not be the one.
