Where in the U.S. can I purchase Raymond Carver's book "Beginners"?

I've book looking all over for this book - even the big stores like Barnes&Noble and Borders do not carry it. The only places I've found it are over Amazon and ebay, both locations in the UK. Anyone know where I can order a copy from?
