Which Home theater system is better for this t.v.?

The T.V. is the Westinghouse 42" LED 1080p flatscreen. The two choices for the speakers are either the Carver TS-241S Home Theater Speakers or Insignia Home Theater 2.1 Sound Bar Speaker System NS-SBAR. Please Reply fast thank you!
